In this article the scholar Afshin Latifzadeh explores the turbulent relationship between faith and logic. In the pre-modern period, faith was considered much more important than logic, but in the modern age it is the opposite: people first ask whether something is logical before they will have faith. Having established the background, in the second part, Afshin Latifzadeh will show how the two can work together.
