This week in our weekly fellowship, When the topic turned to trusting God, the atmosphere changed in a special way… One of the friends said: “I always relied on my own efforts; I thought if I pushed harder I would definitely see results.” But they said: “This message helped me realise that in some places I must stop relentless striving and hand over the work to the God who has promised to take care of us.”
As I listened, I felt that God was speaking to me directly. In these days I have been through many battles; wars that perhaps no one knows about. But in that very moment I realised that my hope is only in the God who fights for me.
It was as if a gentle voice inside me said: “Be still, I have not forgotten my promises!” And it was not just a message or a talk… God spoke to us through His word. Every verse, every sentence became a living voice that touched our hearts. That’s where we felt that God Himself is among us, speaking to us, strengthening us and giving us fresh hope.
At the end, when the meeting was over, our feeling wasn’t just “we were blessed”… but it was a living testimony of God’s work among us.
We bear witness to the God who still fulfils His promises, still speaks through His word, and still blesses us.
