Wisdom Literature

Wisdom literature teaches us to live a rich and flourishing life with God and with those around us. It seeks to answer the question: how can we live a good and godly life outside the walls of the church — at home, at school, at work, and in society? In this study we enter the world of the wisdom writers to discover who they were and what victories and struggles moved them to write about their experiences with God and with others. Rather than dwelling too long on the background of the Bible's wisdom books, we will focus on their message and its application to our lives today.
